Well, it's surely a great opportunity, if not most of then all RTS and Warcraft fans will be loving it. But still in my personal opinion, i thought a way of "telling story" are better on RPG games, whice player can explore it even more deeper.

But yes, if "Warcraft 4" became real, its opportunity i cannot missed it.

Yeah, Blizzard has talked about how the use of heroes can make storytelling in an RTS much greater. Warcraft III did a pretty good job. Personally I find the RTS and RPG ways of telling the story very different, not either better. Personally I prefer RTS. Either way, I'm sure Blizzard can do an excellent job with a wc3 story, probably much better than wc3 and sc2. Maybe even letting you move around a real character in the story mode, WoW-style. (Like in sc2, you can click on the characters and move in the different rooms. It would be interesting if you could almost play the entire campaign from the point of view of a single character, except playing missions in RTS mode.)

I expect it would have even more RPG-like elements than wc3, while improving a lot overall, especially in single-player.

It's a one-time-fee type game. Except in some countries there are options to pay monthly, but I think most places have the lifetime fee. And worth every penny.
